~ European Diplomacy Convention IV

EDC IV was hosted by the Norwegian Diplomacy Association (NDA) in Oslo, 28 - 30 June 1996. Borger Borgersen, the Tournament Director of EDC IV, kept very good records of this event. We take pride in providing this information on the NDA website, as few of the early EDCs are well documented on the internet.
