    REGISTRATION: Foreigners register through the Norwegian Diplomacy Association (ndf@diplomacy.no). ARCON 19 is the host of NDC 2003 and charge an entrance fee of NOK 100,- from foreign guests of NDA (Norwegians pay NOK 250,-). The board of NDA has decided to cover the entrance fee of the 5 first foreigners to confirm their arrival. The fee includes hard floor lodging at a near by school. The NDA will be happy to advice you on alternative lodging.

    SYSTEM: You'll find a link to the tournament rules below (Norwegian language). Short summary: 4 rounds of 1908 C-diplo, 2 best and 50% of 3rd result from initial 3 rounds counts towards qualification score, top board in last round, other bords drawn randomly. 1st and 2nd place reserved for top board. Top bord players receives 10% bonus on total score. We'll use Manus Hand's "Diplomacy Tournament Manager" to seed the tables. David Norman's "DipTimer" will be used for central timing of the boards.
